I’m also curious to know if this is done by a vocaloid or a real person. I would be impressed if it were a vocaloid and be more forgiving of my criticism. It sounds real because of the breathing, but then again I guess that can be “programmed in”.
The first 2 minutes sounded a bit too monotone for my tastes, but then my impression changed as soon as the tempo went up and they added some better sounding guitar. My expectations were not met though… the drums sound like some cheap keyboard pre-loaded beat. The piano work is alright, but not really on a high level. The guitars sound kind of unnatural and electronic-like.
