You should be up-to-date with your subbing; you’re a choice among other fansubbers; yet, you keep on delaying with your releases
Yes, but “other fansubbers” tend to switch out staff in between episodes based on availability at airing, leading to inconsistencies and generally a lower standard of quality. I prefer forming a “team” at the beginning and sticking to it for the rest of the season. (Except timing, timing is free-for-all)
