Yeah, DokiDoki was awful, but HappinessCharge is the first PreCure, in a long time, I’m really enjoying.
It’s a shame you couldn’t sub it, finding a translator for such a long show is hard.
Some of the stuff would sound really stupid in English anyway. Like when they say しあわせ注入HappinessCharge, that’s literally saying the same thing twice, which looks stupid as fuck in subs. And this happens pretty often. Also, all of the bad guys’ names are puns that would be annoying to translate as well.
It’s even more impressive that, after all these years, they are still doing the transition JP->CHN->ENG.
Oh well, if there’s something Maceart hates is change and progress.
i think they started translating from japanese now, actually. at least, they made an error in dokidoki where they misheard a word as its homophone which i’m guessing isn’t possible when translating from chinese. (also means they don’t use the closed captions)
Herkz, if by any chance HappinessCharge DVDs are uploaded, will you at least encode them?
DVDs? Hell no. Probably if the BDs are uploaded, though.
Wait, did it have a BD release? I was sure it was DVD-only.
Uh, every Precure show since Suite has a BD release at the same time as the DVD release.

Yeah, I understand, but a good alternative to Doremi’s terribad subs is always welcome.
