The song is in English; however, because the singer isn’t of English origin, pronunciation of words may be quite different. “Gotta” and “can’t” both end with a “t” sound, therefore the TRANSLITERATION (notice how the song is in English?) for this line deserves that 8.
Look at it this way:
“Gotta handle it, no more hesitation” vs. “Can’t handle it; no more hesitation”
Ultimately, they both lead to the same thing.

I realized… Why did you have the line as “my mind is free on the wind”? Chihiro aside, it’s not as if the phrase “as the wind” is unheard of to realize that that was their purpose.
We had “memories are as free as the wind” before, so win/lose I guess.
Now I seriously can’t comprehend why it’s in English (read Engrish). If they were going for anything God-like, they could’ve just gone with Latin and have everyone give up on ever trying to figure out the lyrics.
