That’s kind of related to the reason they’re not subbing it. Doing it without their leader/one of the original group members (Raze) is kind of pointless. Unfortunately(?), he’s currently far too busy to sub anything.

According to this guy who went through the VN:
I’m pretty sure in the anime Shirou said “sauce” (ソース, i.e. the English word), and when Japanese people say “sauce” without actually giving it a more specific name, they’re talking about Worcestershire sauce. If the VN actually called it “Worcestershire sauce” in full, I’m guessing the translator probably confused “Worcestershire” (ウスター, usutā) with “oyster” (オイスター, oisutā).
Worcestershire sauce is pretty popular in Japan, enough to be at the table, I’d think. Oyster sauce is more of a Chinese/southeast Asian thing. It also seems silly for Shirou to freak out over oyster sauce, which is pretty mild, whereas Worcestershire sauce is pretty sweet.
I guess whoever is translating for Aniplex isn’t great.
