So anyway, pov crap WordPress.com automatically resizes my images. How lame! I can’t be bothered doing anything about it though.

So basics about CommieRips:

• Subs are from CruchyRoll (if you haven’t already figured)
• I encode the video from a transport stream obtained from Perfect Dark (yet I am still faster than some groups with cappers)
• I use some trick with mkvmerge to cut out the ads from the audio without having to re-encode it, so you won’t get better quality audio anywhere else
• I go through and typeset (if necessary) and make sure all the signs are timed correctly
• Finally I run the timing post processor on snap to keyframe with a threshold of 2 (for the dialogue only of course!)
• QC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
