i hate CGI looks awful
Think of it this way. If you were the anime creator, would you:
1) Use CGI to animate scenes where it would save time and allow you to do 360 rotation and pans without major issue, at the expense of rendering times (CGI depending on the complexity of the scene can tax PCs)
2) Pay your staff to do the battle scenes by hand (or whatever they usually do, some studios draw it on paper then put it into software) which would take a long time?
CGI is not the catch all end all, it’s ultimately up to the budget. Hell, if you say you don’t like CGI… does that mean you hate all the animes that feature some sort of CGI?
Let me make a reference to the Apreggio anime here – the shader they used really made it look like it was done via CG. It also felt too MMD, which gave me originally a bad taste but it came out nice. Epic battles.
If you don’t like it, skip the part or don’t watch the show. Simple as that.
3) Kill myself for agreeing to animate Kancolle.
That’s an exception, yes.
In this case, I hear that the studio that responsible for this show do not have enough staff (I think they make 3 anime this season)so they use CG to make that action parts but I do hope that they will change that when BD is out

Nope, it is from the OP. Official lyrics aren’t out? You must be kidding. Both already out when the album start to sell. The official lyrics are in the album itself.
