I’ve always wondered why, in Rinne no Lagrange, you translate Jersey Club as Sweats Club?
A Jersey is also an English term and, you know, they really are NOT the same thing. They are both used in high school sports, but a Jersey is outer wear with a zippered top and pants that go over other clothes. As they are clearly wearing Jerseys and not sweatpants or a sweatshirt, I question your decision to translate it the way you do.
I’m not suggesting you go back and change all the episodes, but shouldn’t you really make an adjustment from here on out? I cannot believe I am the only person who has called you out on this.
Not trying to pick on you or anything, but I really dislike unnecessary changes to the source material. Leave that job to Funimation and the other odious tools who make it their job to arbitrarily destroy everything they touch.

By the way, ジャージ (pronounced jaaji) is a Japanese loanword of English origin that refers to tracksuits made of a synthetic material. We apologise if you are having a hard time adjusting due to growing accustomed to an incorrect translation used elsewhere, but fortunately you can change the script to anything you like in 5 minutes with mkvmerge.
I think it is a fair localization. sure they SAY jersey, but look at the outfit. Go to Google and type jersey apparel in images and see if you find ANYTHING remotely close to what they wear. Then try and do the same with sweats apparel. Its not exact but sweats are a much closer match than jerseys
If something as small as a clothing term is bothering you this much. Why don’t you get different subs? or change it yourself? Even if you were 100% right about this, why trouble other people for something so minor?
Why is the quality for this Oda episode so much worse than the previous episodes? Because of how it was ripped? Or is the studio running low on budget?
