The timecodes were slightly off, so the typesetter wound up TSing this to a line of staff credits. It can’t be helped.
I have low self confidence, so I feel obligated to take some of the blame if I had any part in the fuckup (which I tangentially did here). I had no part in that chuu2 shit, so I’m fine with blaming the person who put the most work into something that was wrong to begin with.
It’s an idiom (that SSY made up). It translates literally to something like “Stand Against Wind 1000 Times”. I didn’t really like how I put it, but I couldn’t think of anything else that really captured it in four words (even though mine didn’t really either). Xythar’s is probably better.
