    I’m sure this was asked before but I can’t find the answer to this question.
    My NVidia Shield with Kodi has issues with the 4:4:4 Progressive profile, as in, it doesn’t play the file at all. Does anyone have a solution to this issue? What is the problem in this setup? Is it the OS (Android), the player (Kodi), the SOC in the SHIELD

      use something like plex maybe? it’s not very surprising that it doesn’t support it though.

        Thanks for the reply. Yeah that might work, I have Plex running that wouldn’t be too much effort.
        Though why isn’t it surprising that these files won’t play?
