I don’t know anything about translations, but there were no signs in different positions. UTW’s delay is obviously that they had to completely typeset the show, not the changes.
Your typesetting needs some fixes in places too. I remember a certain bear sign in episode 2 that shook in all directions and your motion tracking wasn’t even close to right.

we’re only doing these BDs because they don’t have an assload of changes and new signs like nise, so yeah…
Nise had no changes other than previews.
A lot of the signs were changed to have different text. And a lot of the signs have to be retypeset because they’re in different places.
If there really weren’t that many changes, UTW would’ve finished it already.
