srsly? no one would bother to explain why of all the anime series being subbed only psycho pass s2’s bd 720p version r being reencoded in High [email protected]?? or is it bcoz of the encoder being assigned here?

I use less reference frames for 720p because it reduces the decoding requirements slightly and 720ps are most often viewed by people with less powerful hardware. It doesn’t really make much of a difference, though. Is there a problem?
