MPC-HC (clsid2) with xySubFilter shows it correctly
interesting bug. it looks like libass thinks the font is bigger than it actually is.
There’s a known bug to this effect, sorry. Partly FreeType’s fault (it only happens with new FreeType), but it’ll be fixed in the next libass release. This might push me to work on getting that release out sooner.
