I’m just curious and I’m sorry if this is a stupid question, but what are the patches for Persona4 for exactly and what do you do with them? I’m seeing a bunch of these patches for anime lately, but I’m confused as to what they are and what you need them for. Thank you.
So the patches are an updated script? But since the episodes are labeled v2 do I really need the patches then? Because I honestly don’t know how to use the patches and I’m worried about getting rid of them if I do need them to watch the v2 subs in the episodes.
About Horizon, the line in the bath where they referred to the mouse Masazumi was getting. How ever did it get read as ‘Eagle’? Clearly sounds like ‘Inu’, ‘Dog’.
The audio does say 犬 (tl note inu means dog). We did spend a good chunk of time discussing about how to localise this, but never really came to a conclusion so we just picked something and went with it. Also:

They’re v2s which fix typos, etc. in the scripts.

Yeah, if you already have the v2s, then you don’t need them.
So if the file already says v2 on it then it already has the v2 scripts in it and I don’t need the patches after all?
