    Is it just me, or is this release missing subtitles? I’ve got the most recent CCCP release and i’m not seeing any items in the subtitles menu.

      For what? The version linked to is the correct version with everything fixed. There was a broken version that got released for like 5 seconds so if you somehow got that one through RSS or similar, use the linked patch. Otherwise, you’re good.
