  3. Milfeulle says:

    ( ´・‿-) ~ ♥

  4. SillyCow says:

I was so waiting for this!
I’m kind of disappointed you mis-subbed 7:47 to 7:53, though.
She says “Speed, Power, Reach, Delicacy”

Well, the delicacy wasn’t really mis-subbed, but yeah.
I think it would’ve been better to just keep those four words, since the “Delicacy” punch line would’ve hit harder that way.

  5. exentric says:

Did you change the raw in the middle of the video? o_O

    • Basement Dad says:

WTF. Dude, you have sharp eyes. I never would realize the change of the raws in the middle of a show (xcept there is a really big difference).

      • RHExcelion says:

The transport stream was broken. I had to do some hackery with share raws, you can tell when the station logo disappears and reappears. That was half of why it took so fucking long for us to release.

    • EpicNaruto says:

The elitistfag ts was corrupt in a couple places so if they used that ts then they probably fixed it with another video.

  6. Jukebox says:

    Can I haz Editor Resultz?

  7. HayateM says:

    (´_ゝ`)

  8. Nyariko says:

You do know there’s a certification process involved here…

Being first is all that counts, just watch “Haiyoru! Nyaru-ani” and you’ll understand.

  9. Dexil says:

Wasn’t going to watch this but since you guys are doing it I will:D.

  10. dummyacct7 says:

You guys are the only ones not “translating” her “-でゲソ” and “-なイカ” into really forced and stupid squid puns. Good work.

    • RHExcelion says:

I knew I wasn’t the only one out there who didn’t like forced puns. ( `ー´)

    • Korbo says:

But those ARE puns in the original dialogue, so why would translating them be “forced”?

      • dummyacct7 says:

        1. They’re more like a speech oddity akin to Yuuki’s “da je” in Saki than actual puns. “-de geso” replaces “-desu” and variants, and “-naika” is actually only different in written form (ないか vs なイカ). For example: “海から一番近いからでゲソ” (Because it’s the closest place to the sea -de geso). Crunchyfail’s translation wrote, “It’s closest to the squidly sea”, which doesn’t at all reflect the initial usage of the speech quirk.
        2. Often times it makes it sound like she’s swearing when all she’s doing is using her “dialect”. (What the squid are you doing?)
        3. When all it’s doing is replacing “desu”, it’s not very intrusive. The terrible puns, on the other hand, get really old, really fast.

        tl;dr
Seeing “squid” in every other line is really annoying.

    Who IS doing that?

Only other group I know of doing this is FFFpeeps and they aren’t doing what you’re saying either.
