So there's about 4ish novels left to adapt besides Kizu right? Is there some concrete Koyomi and Shinobu closure in the future that anyone knows of? It's obvious they both have feelings for one another but I'm concerned the other doesn't know it to a meaningful extent. In other words, will the two of them ever have a dialog where they exchange how much they mean to each other or do I just need to rewatch the Shinobu time arc?

No, they already know what they feel about each other since practically Tsubasa Cat (in broadcast order). The “closure” you are probably talking about was properly developed in Kabuki, that’s as far as their relationship will go.
