as you probably heard, season 3 was delayed to october, so i guess i don’t need to solely work on this anymore. i still would like to finish this in the next 2 months or so, though.

by the way, future releases should at least be a little faster since i no longer have to redo the typesetting from scratch. episode 16 is the first episode i started using motion-tracking software back when this show first aired, so the original typesetting should at least be usable with some modifications instead of essentially useless.

instead of trying to do it on the fly as it’s discussed in the anime, i decided to sit down and actually work out the start of all the poems so they roughly match how the japanese is in terms of unique syllables. it’s not perfect, but it should be good enough to handle any situation that shows up later. it does mean i have to v2 every episode released so far for the batch, but it’s probably still better this way.
