Episode 00 is the same file as what was previously released. I masked the Japanese hardsubs for the English sections for your viewing pleasure with CR’s video since it’s the only source that doesn’t have them. Also, just a reminder that this show is animated at 1080p and the 720p version isn’t recommended unless absolutely necessary.
Anyway, a lot of scenes in this season make way more sense after having watched High Speed and Take Your Marks.

Somehow this ended up being one of my most time-consuming projects ever, despite not particularly having a lot of typesetting. I guess that just shows how bad the subs were. Don’t think I’ll be subbing anything from scratch for a while.

I take back what I said about the official subs. They got worse to the point of uselessness. Anyway, the OVA, aka episode 12.5 is included. You should obviously watch it between episode 12 and 13. The BDs even updated the next episode preview for episode 12 to refer to it instead of episode 13, so skipping it won’t make much sense.
