Finally got around to this. The main reason I’m doing this is because our original subs were a bit of a mess due to switching editors and typesetters in the middle twice. While other BD releases do use our subs, I’d be pretty surprised if they fixed all the inconsistencies, or even knew what to change without being one of the people who worked on the subs originally (which I obviously am). I also improved some of the old typesetting as well. Although the main typesetter for this show put in a lot of effort, some stuff could be done a bit better with modern techniques. And there is of course the usual extra timing/typesetting/editing/QC polish every BD release gets as well.

As for the episodes/volumes, I’m encoding from the BD box released in 2020, which has 5 or 6 episodes per “volume.” I don’t think the video quality is any different than the older individual disc releases from 2014 since the filesizes are basically identical.
