No audio sync problems for me (using KMPlayer/CoreAVC). Noticed video artifacts starting at 9:19 and then intermittently for the remainder of the video.
Yeah, I use CCCP too with the mclassic player and I’ve the same sync problem, I’ve checked out the comments on animetake and a lot of them are saying the same thing.
Update: Switching to MT *does* work, but only when I’m logged in as admin. Settings applied as admin seem not to be used by any other accounts. I’m using Windows 7, and playing video on a normal (unpriviliged) account.
On the admin account everything works fine. Opening the CCCP settings application on the normal account requires admin login via UAC because of the priviliges the program demands.
The result of the admin login is that any changes you make are not made to the normal user’s CCCP settings, but instead to the admin’s settings. Which are subsequently not used by MPC.
Going through the video filter settings while playing in the normal account, and changing the codec to ffmpeg-mt there, does stick. But doesn’t solve the problem.
Are there any other settings that the MT tick in the CCCP settings application changes? Maybe if I do everything manually, working around the settings app, I can get things to work.
I’ll also take a look see if I can somehow transplant the admin account settings to the normal account, so that I can at least use the CCCP settings app.
If nothing works out, I guess I’ll have to go bother the CCCP guys to somehow get the settings app not to run as the admin user.
Update 2:
As noted before, manually setting the video decoder to ffmpeg-mt does not solve the problem. But if I also set the number of decoding threads to 2 (instead of 1), it does solve the syncing issues.
Well, that’s some result … still doesn’t solve the more general issue of the CCCP settings not doing shit, but at least the vid plays normally now.
Audio sync is fine. Update your codecs. I use Media Player Classic Home Cinema and K-Lite codec pack. However there are lots of encoding errors. Waiting for V2. CoalGuys translation sucks.
Confirmed that audio sync gets progressively worse on at least my MPC-CCCP setup. If this is the same problem as the first episode, then i recommended rolling back MKVMerge because it’s just not worth it.
No problems here, media player classic with core codec (MUST for h264) and AAC dodecs , no macroblocks and desync.
But, the 720p raw from at-x it’s better!
Yep same issue here… something is definetly wrong with it because it wont even stream to my PS3… just freezes. Never had an issue streaming anything even BD’s.

Well I downloaded it from two different places. First from a certain DDL site and then torrent.
Both seem to be out of sync for me. And no, I don’t have problems playing HD video with my PC.

its weird, the subtitles and audio are in sinc with each other, but the video is about 6 seconds behind them

For those with desync issues, open the CCCP settings application and tick ‘MT’ even if you have a single core processor.
Tried that, it does nothing. Do have a dual core by the way.

There some to be some corruption with the video. Hash check is fine though.
No audio syncing problem though I didn’t finish it in the first place as it was way too distracting.

I have no problems with the audio, but the video indeed seems to be corrupted in quite a few places (starting at around 09:20)… so, another v2? ;)

Yeah it fucks up. Audio continuously slows down as you play the file. CCCP. Use VLC for this one (can’t believe I’m typing this).

I have the same problem to. Video and sound out of sync and i use cccp too. Is it a codec problem ?

Audio troubles here too. The audio slowly draws away from the video. My MPC is K-Lite Megapack.
Same here, video and audio out of sync. My pc is able to play 1080p videos with no problems, therefore my hardware can’t be the reason.
