Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu. BDs Volume 5-6 END
So dead right now. But at least my sacrifice was worth it.
I actually had 24 individual comparisons saved from that episode alone, but the site crashed when I tried to upload them all, so you can have a representative sample. They changed practically every scene – pretty amazing.
Batch in a week or so.

Yeah, though I had to spend an hour removing unnecessary lines from it because it lagged like fuck
Got it from almost 7mb / 22k lines down to about 1mb / 4k lines
Still lags a bit in 1080p but whatcha gonna do

Looks like what aired to TV was the equivalent of a “beta” demo of a game, and the BD was the final/gold version.
Might rewatch this, I have the first two BDs downloaded but I’ve got a lot of TV anime to go through before I start on DVD/BD versions…
